1 Acceptance of Terms

You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. If your mobile number or payment details change, update your account details promptly. pak68 is not liable for failed withdrawals resulting from outdated account information.

pak68 reserves the right to verify your identity at any point by requesting supporting documents. Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being restricted or closed and pending withdrawals being held until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on pak68 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in your account payment section. Available methods may change over time and pak68 will communicate material changes to payment options.

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed during the deposit or withdrawal process. These limits may differ by payment method and may be adjusted for individual accounts based on account activity and verification status.

• Deposits are credited to your pak68 balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Instant credit applies to JazzCash and Easypaisa in most cases.
• Withdrawals are paid to the payment method registered on your pak68 account. Withdrawals cannot be redirected to a different account or individual.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. pak68 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, typically within the same business day for standard requests.
• pak68 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• Deposits made in error may not be reversible once cleared to your pak68 balance. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.

Deposits must come from a payment account in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from an account belonging to someone else — are not permitted and may result in funds being held pending investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

pak68 offers welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, sports accumulator boosts, and other promotional offers to eligible players. Each promotion has its own specific terms published alongside the offer. These general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for the promotion.

Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered pak68 accounts that meet the specific conditions of each offer. A bonus offer intended for new players is not available to existing account holders. Players who self-exclude using responsible gaming tools are not eligible for bonus offers during the exclusion period.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game sessions on pak68 are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except where these terms or the specific game or sport rules provide otherwise.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Subsequent odds movements do not affect confirmed bets.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum required play has been completed, bets on that event will be void and the stake returned to your balance unless the specific sport rules state otherwise.
• For cricket, including PSL and international matches, specific sport rules govern void bets, abandoned matches, and Duckworth-Lewis adjusted results. These are published in the sports betting rules section of the platform.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a confirmation delay. During this delay market conditions may change. pak68 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed using incorrect or significantly delayed data.
• Obvious errors in odds — including prices significantly out of line with the true market — do not stand. pak68 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds and will communicate such decisions to affected players.

For casino and live casino games, results are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as dealt or spun by the live dealer. Game outcomes are final.

7 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak68 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or using multiple accounts to gain multiple access to promotional offers.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in a way not intended for human use.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or pricing errors in games or sports markets for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in table games or any form of match-fixing or manipulation in sports betting.
• Attempting to launder funds through the pak68 platform, including making deposits and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Sharing your account with or allowing access by any other person.

pak68 employs monitoring systems to detect unusual patterns in account activity, betting behaviour, and payment transactions. Accounts flagged by these systems may be suspended for investigation without prior notice. Where prohibited activity is confirmed, pak68 reserves the right to close the account, void all related transactions, and retain the balance.

8 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak68 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person for any reason, including friends, family members, or individuals claiming to represent pak68 support.

pak68 support staff will never ask for your password. If you receive any message asking for your password from someone claiming to represent pak68, treat it as an attempted fraud and contact official support through the live chat on the platform.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact pak68 support immediately to have the account temporarily locked while the situation is investigated. Report any suspicious activity as soon as it is identified — delayed reporting may limit our ability to recover funds.

pak68 is not liable for losses that result from your own disclosure of login credentials, use of a shared or public device to access your account, or failure to log out of your account on a shared device.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

pak68 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited activity as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be marked inactive. pak68 will communicate any balance-related implications of account inactivity in advance.
• A request from the account holder to close their account, including self-exclusion requests made through the responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is closed at the account holder's own request and with no breach of terms, the balance at the time of closure will be returned to the registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing.

Where an account is closed due to confirmed breach of these terms, pak68 reserves the right to retain the account balance. In cases where the outcome of an investigation is still pending, the balance may be held until the investigation is complete.

10 Limitation of Liability

pak68 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure consistent availability and accurate information across the platform, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies at all times.

pak68 is not liable for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or temporary unavailability of the service.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, or banking systems.
• Losses resulting from your own breach of these terms or from third-party access to your account that resulted from your own disclosure of credentials.
• Outcomes of games or bets that were placed correctly and where no platform error occurred.
• Connectivity issues on your device or network that prevent you from placing, confirming, or closing a bet.

In cases where a genuine platform error has led to a material loss for a player, pak68 will investigate the matter and address it fairly. Contact support with details of the specific incident including the time, game or market, and amount involved.

11 Privacy and Data
